dormant guilds will be deleted during the maintenance on Wednesday, August 20, 2025.

▣ Dormant Guild Deletion Details

1. Deletion Date: August 20, 2025 (Wed) at 10:00 AM

2. Guilds to be Deleted:

   • Level 1 guilds with no member logins for over a year as of the above time

   • If any member logs in before the deadline, the guild will not be deleted

   • Guilds level 2 or higher will not be affected

   • Guild items and assets will be sent via mail to the guild master
     (Mail storage lasts 90 days. Items not claimed will not be restored)

※ Notes:

• Once deleted, all guild data including name, positions, etc. will be lost and unrecoverable

• Resources used to create the guild will not be refunded
